Zamba Jewels is more than a company. Is a family. And as a family we care about the artisans that makes our jewelry so special and unique. The owner of the company, David Mercer migrated to Mexico from the U.S. at an early age to discover his passion in Taxco, a beautiful little town wich has been silversmithing crafting for over 200 years. It was in this beautiful place that he met his future wife, Gloria, who was born in Mexico City. She came from an artistic background, studying arts and living in Prague for 5 years. Together they combined talents to create something unique. Zamba is made in our workshop in Guadalajara Mexico by young women who are in their majority, single mothers that share the same passion for jewelry.

All our pieces start by hand making the silver bessel in any of our different shapes, then we fill them with crystals, glass and stones one by one creating beautiful patterns never seen before. Some pieces have up to 600 components in them.
